Dear sir/madam, Acn you tell me the procedure to save the data of simulation at a fixed interval of time, e.g., 1 hr automatically while simulation is running to avoid the loss of any data during power cut of network failure.

  1. First of all, look up "Saving and Opening Recovery Files" in the help system. Using this feature is the easiest thing to do.
  2. I recommend powering your computer with a fairly decent quality uninterruptible power supply (UPS). This will protect you for at least several minutes, depending on capacity.
  3. Also, if you have a UPS with sufficient capacity, it just may provide you with enough minutes of run-time for you to go outside, set up, and start your modest-sized inverter-type generator (You have one, right? Doesn't everyone? :-) ), then unroll and connect a long power cable going all the way back to your UPS, all before the UPS shuts down!
