optical ring resonator notch filter from application gallery

Hi,
i tried to simulate the "optical-ring-resonator-notch-filter" from the COMSOL Application gallery by using the pdf file attached to it on the web -> ( https://www.comsol.com/model/optical-ring-resonator-notch-filter-22221) i went step by step and executed each of the "Modeling Instructions" (page 6 on pdf) that mentioned in the pdf file, i even downloaded and opend the mph file of this simulation that given in the apllication page to compare between my project to the already built project, and all of the geometry ,matireal, physics, solver configuration and more are exactly the same.
but my project wont compile with out this error: (capture attached)
i went over all of the variables and parameters and couldnt found the problome. does anyone know how to solve this? or what is exactly the problome?
(im working with COMSOL V#5.5)
