Capacitance calculation

Hi Everyone,

I am a beginner of Comsol and I would calculate the capcity of comb fingers in silicon doped so i defined the geometry and materiels and I used the electric current Module I get the result but i don't inderstand which are the equation that used.
other question, how I can calculate the capacity using the Electrostatic interface .
