Undefined value found, trying to simulate air around , please help

Good Evening,
I don't know how to simulate air, I am able to successfully simulate the system not including air, however because there is no air, the cantilever is not affected by any electrostatic force. Whenever I try to make air, either a small box in between the objects or a big box surrounding the object I always get this error. This is my first time using comsol and I am struggling so much. Please help me. I just cant seem to get it to work.
