Problem sphere in contact with a thin membrane

Hello, I'm new with Comsol and I want to simulate a shear punch test. I have a 2D axisymmetric model where a sphere enters in contact with a thin membrane. I can't compute the study because that's an error:
"Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol2/s1) Failed to find a solution for all parameters, even when using the minimum parameter step. Maximum number of dogleg iterations reached. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned."
I tried to work on the mesh, but nothing changed. I think it's something connected to the physics, because I use a prescribed displacement to do so, but it works only for small value. (I have a sphere radius=1 mm, a membrane radius=2.5 mm, a membrane thickness=0.5 mm and if I want a ball displacement= 3 mm it doesn't work).
Thank you for the help
