Calculating Heat Transfer Coefficient for Cylinder

Hi everyone,
I am trying to regenerate the study presented in the below link for calculating heat transfer coefficient for flat plate, however in my study I have replaced the flat plate with cylinder. The external fluid is water in my case. I am trying to comapre the temperature results obtained using Nusselt correlation with the temperature results obtained using Conjugate Heat Transfer.

I find the surface temperatures are different in both cases.
For the case in which Nusselt correlation is used, surface temperature is 39.58 C. For the case in which conjugate heat transfer is used, "average" surface temperature is 36.125 C.
Can anyone help me to improve the match between both techniques? or give reason for this difference.
