What are values of Permittivity and Electrical Conductivity of Blood?

Dear brothers,

I'm working on Photoconductive Antenna using Electromegnatic Waves, Transient. Output frequncey of this antenna is in THz range.

If I want to add Blood as a blanc material, what are values of Permittivity and Electrical Conductivity of Blood should I use?
