Undefined value found in the stiffness matrix error

I am trying to solve a Fokker-Planck equation using Coefficient Form PDE. I've setup the boundary condition so that there is no flux at the top and bottom of the domain, inlet at the left edge of the domain and no constraint on the right edge of the domain. However, I've got this error no matter how I tried to change the boundary conditions:

Undefined value found. - Detail: Undefined value found in the stiffness matrix. There are 550 equations giving NaN/Inf in the matrix rows for the variable mod1.u2. at coordinates: (0.00065,0.000985), (0.000669037,0.001), (0.000662692,0.000995), (0.000656346,0.00099), (0.000662692,0.001005), ...

and similarly for the degrees of freedom, NaN/Inf in the matrix columns.

Can someone help me with this please?

I've attached my model for more details.
