temperature of a fluid in a laval nozzle

hi,

I want to simulate the velocity field and the temperature of a fluid through a laval nozzle (its a channel with a changing slice plane). I use the inkompressible navier-stokes and in Fluid-thermal interaction the Non-isothermal flow.
In physics -> boundary settings I put on one side where the fluid comes in the temperautre to 300K, on the other side (output) it should be a convective flux.
The result is that the temperature stays constant even if there is a huge restriction of the slice plane. So I don't know wrong because I think the temperature should increase if I have restricitions of the channel like this...
