Cylinder flow problem, the results do not match the paper

Hello, The problem I'm working on in the simulation is that the fluid deforms when it passes through the cylinder, using three inlets of inflow, colored with fluorescent dyes in the middle, so as to visualize it (Figures 1-4) and observe the flow deformation from the cross section. In COMSOL, I have used the laminar flow and transport of diluted species modules for the simulation, but the simulation results do not match the paper (Figure 5-7), does anybody know why this is happening？ Best Regards！Bangfeng.
