How to model macroscopic charged particles between charged regions

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I'm trying to model charged macroscopoic (e.g. 1 mm radius) particles in between 2 charged plates. I've experimented with the Charged Particles Tracing module, but it doesn't seem to be ideal for my purposes because it doesn't allow you to set the size and shape of the particle, which I would like to do. I also want to have the particle change its charge when it touches a plate, causing it to be repelled and bounce off-for that I've considered using the events system. Is there a better way to do these things?
