Hi,

I have done a comsol study in a cuboidal block as shown in figure a. The geometry consists of just one domain (the cuboidal block).

I would like to know whether if it is possible to plot the parameters for eg: average voltage in a arbritrary region as shown in figure b, after the study is being completed. {This region is not defined before the study, area is chosen arbritrarily after the study is completed}

If possible how can this be done?

Thanks in advance

You can use a Surface or Volume plot to plot the voltage for the full block. To restrict it to a smaller region you can add a Filter subnode to the plot and enter a boolean expression. E.g., "x>=0 && x<=1 && y>=0 && y<=1".
