Failed to copy mesh: Periodic Nanoparticle on Substrate structure

Hello All,

I am trying to construct a periodic plasmonic array on a substrate. The image of the structure is attached. There are silver trinagular particles placed on top of the Quartz substrate. These plasmonic nanoparticles are placed within thin silica spacer layer. I am trying to do meshing by following the "scatterer on a substrate" model. However I am getting error when building the meshing. The error is generated by the copy face 1 (error image attached). This error doesn't occur if I remove the spacer layer. The nanoparticle height is 45 nm and spacer layer varies from 45 nm to 100 nm (spacer height is variable). Any suggestions? Best Regards,

Hamza

You can upload your model here then I will have a look.
