How to add eps

Hi,

I am getting following error; - Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol3/s1) Attempt to evaluate nonintegral power of negative number. - Function: ^ Failed to evaluate variable. - Variable: comp1.ht.phia

I read if we add eps to the expression the error will not come.

Please help me on this how to add eps in comsol.

Just type eps in the expression field.
