Livelink error for Autocad

I am trying to import a 3d model from Autocad 2012 to COMSOL 4.2

I have tried this several times with different dimensions but have been unsuccessful.

I would really to be grateful if anyone could help me with understanding what this means "Geometry error (cad1): The geometry is outside the valid box."
