Why is the B/H of Permalloy an f(t)-t curve instead of a B-H curve?

In the simulation process, the magnetic circuit alloy material is set to Permalloy, B/H constitutive relationship is selected as B/H curve, but when the two materials of Permalloy and silicon steel sheet are switched, it does not affect the results. Why?
