Plotting Temperature Gradient Vs distance ( path of nodes )

I would like to plot a graph with the Temperature Vs the Depth z in mm ==> Temperature gradient along a predefined path. The path should across different nodes from the Meshed geometry. is it possible on comsol ? Thank you
