Using previous study's result as input for next different study

Hello there, I am trying to see the effect of pressure distribution on a wave optic simulation. I am able to simulate both pressure acoustics and wave optics simulations seperately in the same geometry. I get the "acpr.p_t" data from pressure acoustics simulation after that I manipulate it properly (call the end dataset "p_n"). I try to use "p_n" in a wave optics (beam envelopes) simulation. When I try to input the p_n as the refractive index of the material, simulation runs but I am not able see the desired effect. I tried to input the refractive index as close to "p_n" as possible mathematically and it worked, but I cannot directly use the result ("p_n") from previous study. How can I use the previous study's result to define the property of a material for the next different study. Any help is appreciated.
