3D modeling of rotating rod in a cylindrical chamber

Hi All,

I want to simulate a chamber and a rod small rod rotates and generates flo of the fluid in the in the cylindrical chamber. I used rotating machinary for laminar flow but it is not possible to build initial values (only if i give zero for all initial values it start solving and give now flow however I expect flow).
