How to set up time-dependent boundary condition

Hi,
I am trying to set up a boundary that for the first 2 sec is an inlet with a velocity and then for the next 2 sec is a wall; and repeat this cycle. It is essentically trying to simulation a valve function.
Can anyone instruct how to do so? I can upload the file if needed. Thank you in advance!
