Mass flux boundary condition

Hi!

I'm using Comsol 4.2 building a model using "Transport of Concentrated Species" module. I need to set a boundary condition of mass flux, which has an expression like:

-Di d(Ci)/dx = n

Where Di is the diffusion coefficient for species i
Ci is the concentration of species i
n is a mathematical expression.

I thought of include it in the node "Flux" which is included in the transpor of concentrated species module. The problem is that I need the solution of that equation (i.e the concentration of species i (Ci) in that specific boundary) to put it in another equation (is a system of simultaneous differential equations) and I really don't know how to do it.

Anyone has an idea of how it can be done??
Any help would be appreciated

Yes you can try with the boundary condition "continuity" if you want connect two or more internal domains
