Creating poly file

Hi, Hope you are doing well. I am building a dam geometry. I am puting some cuboids in the core of the dam at te end of the process of cutting and ... It seems that every thing is working but after I chnage the format of the geometry to .poly, I could see that the defects are not in geometry. I could see in Comsol model that they are located well but I do not know what is wrong with that. Could you help me with that?
