Steel is not piezoelectric, so you should use Linear Elastic Material, not a Piezoelectric Material in that domain.

I am using Lead Zirconate Titanate (PZT-5A) as my piezoelectric material while using a layer of structural steel in between both layers of PZT-5A, yet I am being asked for the parameters mentioned above.

The reason you are being asked for those parameters is that the steel domain is included in the selection in the Piezoelectric Material node.

Thank you sir. Would you be able to tell me how do I change the node for that very specific material?

It is simple: Leave all domains in the default Linear Elastic Node, except the Piezoelectric domain.
Check respective application library models.
