Question about coordinates conversion in COMSOL

I have a question about COMSOL coordinates.
I build a model in Cartesian coordinates, but I want to convert to Cylinder coordinates by using
r=sqrt(x^2+y^2), z=y.
Noted that I don't use cylinder coordinate directly, but want to convert it from Cartesian coordinates.
First, I use the weak form to model very simple heat equation:
weak term: (-test(d(T,r))*k*d(T,r)-test(d(T,z))*k*d(T,z))*2*pi*r
Second, I use axisymmetric to reproduce the result using weak form:
weak term: (-test(Tr)*k*Tr-test(Tz)*k*Tz)*2*pi*r
But I cannot get the correct result, really don't know why.
Really appreciate the help. Thanks.
