How to write partial differential operator in flux boundary condition

Hi, How can I write a partial differential term in the flux boundary condition of transport of diluted species interface. I tried using d(N,t) (variable N depends on both space and time) but I am not sure whether this is right. kindly let me know if you have any idea about that.
