Large Acoustic Problem - Convergence Issues at high frequency range

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello all

I am working on a COMSOL model in pressure acoustic module, where i am performing an eigenfrequency study. I have monopole source (coupled) as well as a few interior impedance. The simulation converges in range below 3k Hz, however over 3 k Hz it does not. What can i do to solve this issue? Thanks

I have already tried Shifted Laplace optioin using FGMRES solver, but no success.

Just a wild guess here, but consider modifying your mesh (to be finer) and/or the discretization level of your elements.
