a problem in solid mechanics/ study steps /3D model

Hi, I am a beginner of COMSOL. I am trying to modeling a simple case of building a concrete plate on a soil mass, which includes two steps: 1st only the soil, get the initial stress state by gravity loading; 2nd place a concrete plate on the top of soil, still gravity loading, to get the stress re-distribution.

first I built a 2D model, it works well, the results are reasonable, however when I built a 3D model, there is no stress states changing by adding a concrete plate in the results.

I post the 2D and 3D model here, can anyone check it for me? thank you so much.
