3D silicon Solar cell simulation in COMSOL

Hello everyone, kindly help me out, I am simulating Silicon Solar Cell in 3D form but i am having an error message that reads thus; "Undefined value found.

  • Detail: Undefined value found in the equation residual vector.

There are 1 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.ewfd.S1x.

at coordinates: (0,0,0), ...

There are 1 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.ewfd.S2x.

at coordinates: (0,0,0), ..."

I don't know what to do, I need your helping hands
