.m file is not updated from last changes done in comsol

Hi I am making 3D subsurface models in comsol and using live link. After making a initial model, i did some changes in it with time. When I open mphnavigator al changes are shown but after saving comsol file when I save it also in .m file those changes dont appear in .m file. How to save changes in .m file?

You just need to delet the history and there is an option in files with compact history.
