Trying to set-up a simple, but not trivial model 'failed to find consistent initial values'

Hi Comsol Fans and Professionals!

I am trying to set-up a simple but not trivial comsol mulitphysics with two non-isothermal flows and fluid and solid heat transfer.

When I click 'compute' I get the 'failed to find consistent initial values' error, I've looked through my model, intial and boundary conditions and I am not picking up on where the inconsistencies are caused. Additionally, I click and Get Initial Values from the study; this seems to work and seems to deliver consistent initial conditions.

Do you have a routine to check or way of highlighting where the intial values could be inconsistent?

Thank you.

Rudolf Flittner
