shell-beam vs solid for eigenanalysis

I created a table based on using either solid interface or shell-beam interface. Bottom boundaries/points of the solid legs/beams are fixed.

I expect both should result in closely agreed mode frequencies. However, the first and second mode frequencies are considerably different.

Is there anything wrong in the model?

The setting for Connected region in Shell-Beam Connection is wrong. Try Distance (automatic) instead.
