Connected Tanks

Hi.
I really need help please help me.
I would like to simulate two tanks which conected together by microchannel.(All of problem is laminar)
In one of them we have water and above of water we have air and second tank is empty .
It is transient problem and after t=0 the first tank discharging and second tank starts to filling water and air displacing in second tank by water until the water equalibrize in both of them and then it will be stop to moving the water. There is no capillary effects.
I seprated this model and solved (in laminar -two phase flow-moving mesh in comsol) the first tank which was full of water that connected to microchannel (discharging).
The results are somehow good but I dont know how should I add second tank and simulate the filling of tank until equalibrization?
I attached the schem of problem.
If any example or etc to know how should I simulate the filling water let me know.
BR
