2D Discrete Fracture Network Modeling

I want to perform DFN for 2D fracture networks can anyone help me out. How to proceed and share me possible available resources. There is a model on official page for 3D DFN (https://www.comsol.com/model/flow-in-a-fractured-reservoir-90421), but I'm looking for 2D DFN.
