Manual Meshing??

i imported the model in comsol from Orcad.... and now when i try to initialise the mesh it gives an error 4029.. and when i insert few point after that it shows an error decomposing structure.... Can anyone suggest a sollution for this...

i read in this forum about maual meshing!! How should i do this..... can some one help me out....
