Solving for space charge density

Hi all,
I am trying to model ionic wind flow from a corona discharge over a cylinder and I have two problems. For "IWP redo" the air current is not flowing over the cylinder, and I can't seem to solve for space charge density; I can only give an input for it.
For "IWP model trial 3" the air current does flow over the ellipse but I can't seem to solve for space charge density; I can only give an input.
Any help on why the air current is not flowing over the cylinder and why I can't solve for space charge density is much appreciated!
