Comsol issue on Linux

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

We had a simulation computing for about 3 weeks and paused it to quickly analyse some results. We created a graph and then Comsol stopped responding. It uses 100% of one of the CPU on our Linux machine. Without closing Comsol, we opened another Comsol instance and tried to open a recovery file from there, but there is no recovery file. We would like some advice. Should we stop the process and try to find the recovery file? Do we need to terminate the process in order to get access to the recovery file?
