Dear Comsol community
I'm trying to get the spectra of the electric current density simulated using a time dependent study of the semiconductor module. However, I always get a flat spectra. I realized that the semiconductor physics is disabled in the time to FFT study step as show in the attached screenshot. It seems that I cannot activate for the solver and that the number of degrees of freedom solved for the FFT study step is 0.
Is there any idea why FFT is being disabled? and is there workaround to calculate the FFT solution?
I'm using COMSOL 6.2 in linux environment.
Thanks
