how to simulate the bending of two metal cylinders when they have different potential on them.

Hi, guys.
Recently I want to simulate the interaction between two cylinders which are made of metal when they have different voltages on them. I think it is in the emi model. But I can't done it correctly. Does anybody have an adviser to do it?
