Regarding analytic function

Hi,

I want to simulate a design using comsol, which has a non-uniform doping profile like that of a BJT. I created an analytic function which gives a rectangular distribution. If I become able to multiply this function with the doping constant, I would get the exact doping profile. Please tell me how can I define a function and call it in the model. Can I plot CV and VI characteristics of a models as well? If yes, please let me know how I can plot them.
