modelling moving droplets

Hey,
I have been trying to model the drainage of film between 2 droplets as they move very close to each other. The droplets are made up of oil and the film is water. I have been using the "laminar 2 phase flow, level set interface" . However, I am unsure about how to set the boundary conditions for the moving droplets. The current boundary conditions define a moving wall for the droplets. However, the model gives the error of "invalid boundary layer specification" when I compute.
Please do suggest the required conditions for building up this model.
