Electron beam evaporator

I need to model an electron beam evaporator as the attached figure.
I use the AC/DC model (Magnetic Fields, No currents) and charged particle tracing model to simulate it.
I want to calculate the permanent magnet field and then show the electron trajectories.
I am absolute a beginner with COMSOL 4.x.
I can just only draw the geometry but i can not assign the physical conditions well.
I just followed the "Magnetic Lens" example to model the trajectories and the focusing magnet.
And then followed the "The Magnetic Field from a Permanent Magnet" example to model the deflecting magnet.
However, it cannot work.
Could you give me a hand or show any tutorials to assign the physical conditions?
I do not understand how to create suitable physical conditions.
Thank you very much!
