Particle Tracking

Hi,

I'm simulating the path of charged particles through different quadrupol lenses. It's a 3D model in which particles are emitted from a surface in x,z and traveling in y-direction. To see the beam shape I can do a Poincarè mapping at different positiona along the propagation direction.
But i would like to see the beam-shape at all positions. So a kind of projection of all particle traces in x,y or z,y.

I can do a Poincare-map along the propacation direction. In that case I see all particles "crossing" this plane, but I can't manage to have a full projection.
I trieds 1D plots with "Particle position" vs. axis. But that seems not to be a valid definition. Someone here, who know's how to make a projection of the traces?
