Meshing in 3d geoemetry

Hi !
I am trying to solve non prismatic electrostatically actuated beam using COMSOL. I am finding very difficult to do mapped mesh since the geometry is having curvatures which is enclosed in a box. Can anyone help me how to do the meshing of such component? Pl. see the attachment .
