Hi
i am new to comsol, i am working on an electrostatic, I want to get the electric field due to a charge distribution, but when i work without ground, i got an unexpected solution totaly, and when I use a ground, it affects the answer, so is there is any way to get electric field without putting a ground?

Hi,
what I understand from your post is that you want the electric field of a charge distribution in free space. You don't need to define ground for that but you have to make sure that the outer boundary of the model volume is defined properly and it is far enough away from the region of interest. You could consider using infinite elements.
