Resonance problem in RF module

I have made simple model like attached file for investigating optical response in THz range.
The result is strange at 0.4THz. Resonance phenomenon is occurred like attached file.
If I change Air size from 2250um to 2000um, the resonance phenomenon is disappeared.

Could you please tell me what is reason of the resonance?
