Hi,
I'm trying to model a comb drive capacitor accelerometer. and i using stationary study for my model. i know this sound stupid,i'm kinda new using this software.
But is that mean the study only simulate it in static mode? What can the eigenfrequency and frequency domain study can do for my accelerometer?

Really need your help on this.thanks
