what does "Invalid property value" refer to?

I am working on an amplifier model with COMSOL and I have already got a result from the current geometry. But as soon as I turn on the parameter sweep on one of the variable (it would change several length of the model) the solver would prompt "Invalid property value", even though when I build it step by step the geometry looked look. Can anyone interpret where could the error possibly be?
