Failure to find a solution

Hi. Im chandra

Im getting Error Like

Failed to find a solution.
Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
Returned solution is not converged.


This is the error im getting while executing the file ... which is cnt based pressure sensor .
can any one tell how to overcome with this problem ?
