MHD pump

Hello,

I´m modeling a MDH pump with magnets end electrodes but i can´t put the Lorentz force im simulation. I used 2 electrodes and 2 magnets and in the middle of them i put a tunnel with salt water. The magnets are perpendicular to the electrodes. The model is sketched below (2D). V0=Voltage applied

--------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------Magnet------------
---------------------------------------------------------
_________
------------------------------------|tunnel of | -----------------
------V0=positive Electrode-----|salt water|-Electrode V0=negative
------------------------------------|________|---------------

-------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------Magnet
-------------------------------------------------

The interaction between the magnets field, electrical field and the conductor fluid should create de Lorentz Force that would push the liquid ahead. But i don´t see anything. The Fluid pass through the tunnel as if there no magnetic and electrical fields and Lorentz force. I would be grateful if someone helpe me.

hello...
i'm doing a similar project in comsol v4.3. you might have already completed your project.can you send me any sample models, please?

I'm finding it difficult to link the mef and laminar physics.
please help.
regards
Sapna
