Error of a water/air microfluidic channel

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everyone:

I am a beginner of COMSOL, I face the problem "Repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity.
Time : 0 Last time step is not converged."

The simulation is: all the channel walls are hydrophobic. The water flows in from the left to right. And there is a closed air chamber. I want to know how much water pressure will make the water pass through the air chamber. I just want to repeat the simulation the same as

I run with the "normal size mesh".

Can anyone help me? Thanks!
